Bahaa AbdellatifBahaa Abdellatif

Bahaa Abdellatif is a rising second year medical student at Boston University School of Medicine. Bahaa grew up in Brooklyn, NY and since high school he had a strong passion for pursuing a career in healthcare. Bahaa decided to attend Muhlenberg College due to its strong pre-med program, and he graduated in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Biology. He then decided to attend BUSM due to the school's commitment to serving high quality healthcare to the underserved which is something Bahaa is very passionate about. During his first year at BUSM, Bahaa became co-leader for two organizations: Bridging Gaps in Healthcare and BUSM Bioethics club. Bahaa also participated as a member in various other organizations: Boston University for Down Syndrome,  Student Sidekicks at Boston Medical Center, and BUSM Intramural Soccer team. Furthermore, Bahaa also joined the FORTE research project which is a multi-institutional project looking to assess patient-centered outcomes after traumatic injury.

Michael Top is an Asian American, and a Marine Corp veteran. He grew up in Lowell, MA and is currently attending University of Massachusetts in Lowell. He enjoy helping others and solving problems related to health which led him to major in Public Health. 


Kennedi Van AllenKennedi Van Allen

Kennedi Van Allen is an undergraduate student at Boston University. She's a rising senior studying Nutrition Science. After gaining some more experience in the medical field, Kennedi plans to apply to medical school in hopes of becoming a dermatologist.

She's honored to be apart of the CHOIR program and hopes to gain research skills and make meaningful connections with her peers and mentors.
